With over 12 years of extensive experience in performance marketing across both agency & client side, Hema specializes in building growth & retention plans for e-commerce businesses. Hema currently handles the digital business for 2 of the biggest Apparel divisions in Alshaya – H&M and Victoria’s Secret across 5 countries. She is responsible for all things Marketing for H&M and Victoria’s secret which includes E-commerce P&L, Brand Planning, Paid Media, CRM, and Analytics. In her previous stint, she led performance marketing for Noon & Noon Grocery.
